In this quick, no-nonsense video, I tackle the habit of overthinking and why it’s a waste of your time.

Spoiler: Nobody else is overanalyzing like you are.
Learn how to cut the mental clutter, stop obsessing over what others might think, and embrace the art of letting go—because the only one who truly cares is you.

Step 1: Overthink the Topic (Ironic, I Know)

I started with a simple yet universal struggle—overthinking. The idea? A tongue-in-cheek, hyper-inspirational video that pokes fun at our obsession with self-improvement.

The first step was choosing a theme that felt both relatable and ripe for satire—overthinking. It’s something we all do, whether it’s replaying conversations in our heads or spiraling into endless “what-ifs.” But instead of tackling it in a serious way, I flipped the script. What if an inspirational video, the kind designed to motivate you, actually made fun of the pressure to be constantly improving? The idea was to create something that looked and sounded like a deep, life-changing message but, at its core, was playfully exaggerated. A parody of the self-help industry, wrapped in sleek visuals and dramatic storytelling.

Step 2: Write Like a Guru on Caffeine

I drafted a script filled with exaggerated wisdom, over-the-top motivation, and just the right amount of satire. Think self-help meets absurdity, with a sprinkle of existential dread.

Step 3: Sketch, Because AI Still Can’t Read Minds

To visualize the scenes, I sketched rough frames—helping guide AI into generating images that fit the vision. (Yes, AI still needs direction. No, it doesn’t complain.)
Using image-generation AI, I transformed my sketches into high-quality stills. Each frame was carefully curated to match the aesthetic—polished, cinematic, and just weird enough.

Step 4: Bring It to Life (aka, Make It Move)

Next, I animated the AI-generated stills into a fluid video sequence. The pacing, transitions, and timing were crafted to enhance the comedic effect while maintaining a professional, high-end feel.

Bringing the still to life, turning a single frame into a full visual narrative

Final Result?

A playful yet polished AI-driven video that turns self-help clichés on their head. Concept, script, execution—100% my vision, made possible with a mix of human creativity and AI tools.
